Kelly is a third generation Ironworker who joined the Ironworkers in 1985.  Kelly’s responsibilities include: Estimate job costs and profit, negotiate contracts, oversee safety program, monitor job costs, manage cash flow, prepare contracts, change orders, coordinate manpower, job scheduling, problem solving and public relations.

After working for L&I for 15 years Annette joined our team in 2003.  Responsibilities:  Annette has taken on many of the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks in the office.  Annette performs a variety of tasks including payroll, accounts payable and all monthly invoicing and keeping us all in line.  Her attention to detail and record keeping allows for accurate job cost controls and compliance with state and local reporting requirements.
